Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service Noida's Finest

"I gave my heavy suit for drycleaning to tumbledry. It has stains of dirt. ( Mitti ke nishan) Which I believe I would have removed at home with water but since my suit was expensive and delicate I gave it for drycleaning. But when it came..the stains were gone instead marks were there on those spots where the stain was. It's completely visible . I dnt know what kind of mark is that. I can attach pictures. And when I called them for help. They did nothing but saying round and round things about the process.. I know the process.. this is not the first time someone has gave anything for drycleaning. But this is very pathetic service from this 75 sector store. Earlier also they did the same thing one time more. They talk rudely to customers as if they are the owners of tumbledry. They are just working there. And because of us (customers) they get work to be done. I am not happy at all by their service. I got no solution instead they ruined my outfit too.. now are not taking responsibility.. instead they are dodging from the situation blaming customers by their talks."

"I used their service for dry cleaning my clothes. The experience was drastic as they coloured the given Saree to an altogether different colour to hide their mistake. Firstly, I received a call from Divyansh, requesting to remove the fall from saree before dry cleaning. They have put water on it rather than dry cleaning, and complaining about the big stains. These stains were not present while giving it for dry cleaning. I confirmed to him to remove the fall and do the best possible to return the saree as expected. After approx 25 days their staff showed with a saree that is altogether in different colour. They dyed up the whole saree to cover up their mistake. I refused to take this change and seek some proper action. Now neither Divyansh nor their customer care is responding to my calls. Its worst than anything. The saree was too expensive to let go their mistake. Check the attached images, how the saree looked earlier and how they have made it now."

"Tumble dry one of the pathetic service. This is what they did with an expensive suit telling us that they don't maintain previous database so they can't take responsibility. I have been a regular customer taking their service from Jan this year."

I request all the customers not to give any clothes for Dry Clean to Tumbledry Dry.I have given my 15 Premium Curtains for Dry Clean and Instead of dry clean they washed and destroyed my curtains.All curtains length shrinked 0.5Feet.After washing for same door curtains are having different length and it seems during wash some damage done and to hide his mistake they done alteration in length. There is no satisfactory response from Tumbledry .If there is provision for negative rating I surely give negative rating to Tumbledry."
